Families with young children ages 0-5 looking for a fun way to experience stories and songs can join us for outdoor Wings of Wonder Storytime. Together with a Librarian, build early literacy skills in a welcoming environment through meaningful stories and connection. Encourage a love of language and reading while practicing listening and cooperative tasks.
All storytimes take place near our Wings of Wonder butterfly garden in the back of the library so bring a blanket for dewy morning grass and some bug spray to keep the mosquitos at bay. You may bring snacks and drinks. In case of inclement weather, storytime will be moved indoors to the Community Room.
There is NO REGISTRATION for this program, and we ask that each family is mindful of their storytime neighbors and give each other plenty of space to dance and play.
Attendance at Library events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for the Canton Public Library.
