Book a one-on-one session with one of our knowledgeable librarians. We offer 45-minute appointments to help you with your tech needs.

We can assist with, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting basic tech issues: Phones, tablets and other devices
• Library resources: E-books, e-audiobooks, streaming media, databases and more
• Microsoft Products: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• General computer help:
• Navigating websites
• Setting up and using email
• Using social media platforms

Please note, we are unable to assist with:

• Repairing or replacing hardware
• Programming or coding
• Providing financial, legal, or medical advice
