Events › ABC Play Date (ages 2-5)

At Canton Public Library, we recognize the importance of play and socialization for both children AND caregivers. As a result, we are presenting an open play program where kiddos will learn to take toys out, enjoy different types of play, share with each other, begin peer communication and then put their toys away for the next time. This a relaxed, unstructured time for littles to build with blocks, put together puzzles, imagine with puppets, make music and so much more. Don’t forget to play in the sensory bin, too.

This program is recommended for children aged 2-5 and their caregivers. Babies are also welcome.

This program does not require registration and can be attended on a drop-in basis. ABC Play Dates are 30 minutes each and will take place at the following times:

Tuesday, July 22, 6:30 PM

Monday, August 11, 10:00 AM
