Need Tech Assistance?

Book a 45-minute, one-on-one session with one of our knowledgeable librarians. After booking your appointment a librarian will send an email to confirm the appointment and get details of what you need assistance with. Please be sure to respond to so we are able to help you to the best of our abilities.

We can assist with, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting basic tech issues: Phones, tablets and other devices
• Library resources: E-books, e-audiobooks, streaming media, databases and more
• Microsoft Products: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• General computer help:
• Navigating websites
• Setting up and using email
• Using social media platforms

Please note, we are unable to assist with:

• Repairing or replacing hardware
• Programming or coding (website customization or content editing)
• Providing financial, legal or medical advice
